Good news! All Raisely Stripe withdrawals are now available to import, including past deposits that did not come in originally.

1. Open your Stripe withdrawals

Navigate to your Stripe register and click the new Withdrawals button.

2. Verify your deposit account

Before selecting any withdrawals, check the Deposit Account field. Make sure the checking account register that receives your Stripe deposits is selected.

3. Ignore deposits already recorded

This step is extremely important. Importing a deposit that was already entered manually or previously imported will create a duplicate transaction in your register.

Review the pending withdrawals carefully. First, select the Stripe deposits that have already been entered manually or previously imported. Then click Ignore to hide those deposits.

4. Import the remaining deposits

Once the deposits already recorded have been ignored and hidden, select the remaining deposits and click Import.

This creates a transfer for each selected payout, moving the payout amount from your Stripe register into your checking account register.
