Good news! All Raisely Stripe withdrawals are now available to import, including past deposits that did not come in originally.
Note: These steps use the new Withdrawals button on your Stripe register, not the AplosPay Withdrawals button.
1. Open your Stripe withdrawals
Navigate to your Stripe register and click the new Withdrawals button. If this is your first time opening Withdrawals, tick the box and click Turn On Withdrawals to see your pending payouts.
2. Verify your deposit account
Check the Deposit Account field before selecting any withdrawals. Make sure the checking account register that receives your Stripe deposits is selected.
3. Ignore deposits already recorded
⚠️ Avoid duplicate transactions. Importing a deposit that has already been entered manually or previously imported in full will create a duplicate transaction in your register.
Review the pending withdrawals. Select the deposits that have already been recorded in full, then click Ignore to hide them.
If an old AplosPay Withdrawal journal entry covers only part of a deposit, follow the steps in the next section to import the remaining amount.
4. Import the remaining deposits
Once the deposits already recorded in full have been ignored and hidden, select the remaining deposits and click Import.
This creates a transfer for each selected payout, moving the payout amount from your Stripe register into your checking account register.
If an old AplosPay Withdrawal journal entry doesn't match the deposit
1. Compare the amounts
Compare the old AplosPay Withdrawal journal entry amount with the full deposit amount shown on the AplosPay Withdrawal Historic tab or your bank statement.
2. Import the remaining amount
If the old journal entry is less than the full deposit, click the new Withdrawals button. The remaining amount will be available to import. Select it and click Import.
For example, a $336.50 deposit with an existing $237.80 journal entry leaves $98.70 to import.
Reconcile both transactions
In bank reconciliation, check off both transactions, the old journal entry and the newly imported withdrawal, to match the single deposit on your bank statement.
⚠️ Review bulk imports carefully. The Withdrawals list can include both full deposit amounts and partial amounts that offset old AplosPay Withdrawal journal entries.
Still not matching? Email raisely-migration@aplos.com with the payout date and amount from your bank statement, and we'll help.
