  • Tags (search for the individual tag or select from a category of tags)

To customize your Income Statement specific to your organization, you can take the following options:

  • Click to upload your logo on the top right of the report
  • Click the pencil icon next to the report title to rename your report and select “Save”

Additional customization options can be found by clicking the Customize button located on the right side of the light blue menu. A separate menu will open up with customization options include:

  1. Display (select from Inactive accounts, Subtotal by group, Sub accounts, Account rows, Zero balances)

    1. Note: In Aplos, the default for displaying negative numbers is black text with parenthesis. Example: ($100.00).
  3. Columns
    1. Hide columns by unchecking the box to the right of a column name.
    2. Move columns by clicking on the six dots to the left of a column name, and then dragging the column in the order you’d like it to appear on the report.
    3. Break down the amounts that appear in the Amount column by clicking on the drop-down menu labelled “Break-down Amounts by” and selecting from Default, Months, Funds, or Tags.
