If you need to update your payment method for any reason, the process is simple! You will need an Administrator on your account to log in and complete the steps below.
- From your Subscription page, click the Update Billing Info button on the top right corner.
- Enter your credit card or bank account information and click Update
As a note, you can set your billing cycle to pay monthly or annually. Discounted pricing is available if you pay for an annual subscription. We also offer a discount to small non-profits who make $50,000 or less in annual revenue; to apply this discount it will need to be reviewed and applied by our support team.
