Based on the relationships you have built, the Fundraising Center is designed to help you easily track your donors' and prospects' giving history, as well as help you determine: who to ask for money, when to ask, and for how much.
The Fundraising Center will automatically divide your database into buckets and help you track your Prospects, New Donors, and Engaged (Active) Donors, as well as help you identify your Lapsed Donors. All of these buckets work off of a rolling 12-24 month window.
- Prospects - Everyone in your database that has not given in the past 24 months (2 years) or more.
- New Donors - Anyone who has given within the last year (12 months) but did not give last year (months 13-24)
- Engaged Donors - Anyone who has given at least once a year for the past 2 years (once+ in months 1-12, and once+ in months 13-24).
- Lapsed Donors - Anyone who has not given in the past 12 months.
Within each bucket of donors, you have the option to create a smart list right from the screen by selecting the "go to list designer" button to the right. The will allow you to save your list of donors and contact them easily.
Additionally, you can scroll down to see a graph showing how much money has been raised week over week and export your donor information by selecting the export button to the right.
